LeanLine products from Promot are the ideal solution for resellers and partner customers, as LeanLine products are price-list products.
The system is dimensioned using tables, formulas and drawings (configurable standard).
The modular price list and the technical documentation are designed such that is also possible to generate added value of your own (pallet attachments, gripper fingers, erection and commissioning,...). Upon request, software programming can be provided either by Promot or - after appropriate LeanLine training at Promot - by the customer.
In this way, we can offer a standardised and especially economical product both for resellers and partner customers.
 | LeanLine robot cell RZ 1. The LeanLine robot cell RZ 1 is used loading machines from the side. A typical application is the automation of tapping machines.

 | LeanLine robot cell RZ 5 (SL). Die Standard-Roboterzelle RZ 5 (SL) aus der LeanLine Produktreihe ist eine flexible, verschiebbare Roboterzelle für Werkstückgewichte bis 10kg. Der Aufbau der Zelle ist so gestaltet, daß die Umstellung von einer Maschine zur nächsten und die Wiederinbetriebnahme nicht länger als 30 Minuten dauert. Dadurch können Sie sich optimal an Ihre wechselnden Produktionsbedingungen anpassen. Das schafft Investitionssicherheit! Als zusätzliche Dienstleistung bietet Promot diese Zelle nicht nur zum Kauf, sondern aufgrund des hohen Standardisierungsgrades auch als Mietzelle an.

 | LeanLine robot cell RZ 5 (WS). Die Standard-Roboterzelle RZ 5 (WS) ist ähnlich aufgebaut wie die RZ 5 (SL), jedoch wird als Werkstückmagazin unser flexibles Palettentaktband WS-Uni verwendet.
Für das Magazin stehen 3 Palettengrößen sowie verschiedene Standard- als auch Sonderpalettenaufsätze zur Verfügung. Es ist damit sowohl für Futter- als auch Wellenteile geeignet.
Die Länge des Magazins ist variabel gestaltbar. Bei Bedarf kann das Magazin auch in L-Form (90° Umlenkung) realisiert werden.

 | LeanLine robot cell RZ 150. The LeanLine robot cell is assembled from components of a standardised modular system robot cells and is characterised by its relatively high permissible workpiece weights and simple workpiece magazines.
Buckling-arm robots from Kuka with a load-bearing capacity of up to 500kg are used as robots (equivalent robot types from Fanuc or Motoman are available upon request).
Workpiece magazines (for example):
- our indexing pallet conveyor WS-Uni up to workpiece weight of 50 or 150kg
- simple carriers
- Direct loading of workpieces on pallets with standard dimensions 600x800mm or 1200x800mm.

 | Gantry robot LeanLine EPL. The LeanLine gantry robot is designed as a linear gantry with dual gripper and slewing drive. The workpieces are loaded using our flexible WS-Uni workpiece magazine.
Gantry frame, vertical travel, gripper superstructure and magazines are modular in design and are available in numerous variants and dimensions.
